I wish you could rate individuals at this Facility. The level of care is completely different from certain individuals to others. Mable & Jennifer would be the ONLY ones I would trust to care for a family member. Any other employee.. I wouldn’t want near my family based off of their professionalism and bedside manners.

When searching for a unit for a family member, I met Torie Woodell. During this overwhelming process, she asked important questions, listened intently, gave factual answers in a relaxed atmosphere. As we toured, I was so impressed at Torie's knowledge of residents; she greeted them by name and obviously had cultivated relationships with them. I will encourage my friends to work with Torie and see what she has to offer at Terra Bella.
