Beware of these reviews, as they are not from resident families. Visiting doesn't count. It's when you actually go through a living experience in this place that you can rate it a ONE STAR. We pulled my mother out after 4 days it was so horrible, for many reasons. It's like a holding place to die. Not one positive thing going on there and after 8 hours my mother looked at me and said, "this is a bad place". There are so many other places to go in Greenville. Don't bother visiting. It's not worth your time. The icing on the cake is that because they had ACH access to my mother's bank account, they took out twice as much as they should have. I've gotten 2 refunds back after asking; and am waiting on a third. Dishonest and corrupt on top of it all. Terrible to treat elders this way. SHAMEFUL. Glad we are in an awesome place now.
