Very clean environment with lots of amenities and stimulating activities. Stephanie does a great job of making one feel welcome

Beautiful campus but the poor follow through and lack of care was very concerning. Hired outside care and eventually moved loved ones to a safer facility. Maybe this is a better fit if your loved one only needs community and meals provided. More complex medical needs are better met elsewhere and for cheaper.

Don’t be allured by the fancy new building and tasty food that they allow you to sample. Our loved ones were in the Opal Memory Care, and essentially were dumped in their rooms and left to their own accord. Staff did the bare minimum. We showed up to see our loved one, and they were standing in their room half naked and cold. On another occasion, we couldn’t find our family member in their room, asked staff where they were and they said, in their room. Nope, we found them slumped over in the hall on a bench. Staff would roll their eyes when a resident required more than minimum effort.
