This place is a joke! There was miscommunication before my dad even got checked in! One staff saying one thing, another staff saying something else..don't let the online photos fool you...the place was upgraded but it has mice! Yes a mouse was in my dads room so he's leaving!! The hallways smell, the food is not the best and the menu sucks! They mixed up the laundry so my dad had on someone else's clothes, the bathrooms are gross and 4 people share it between 2 rooms. The air went out too and my dad was only here for 5 days. Just terrible! The only good thing about this place is that some of the staff was nice and honest. I will never bring my dad back here!!! Just burn this place down and start over! So here is the update, my father has not had a shower in days and my dad has been in the same pajamas all week and the nurse on staff stated "she has nothing to do with that" UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Are you kidding me??? My sister had to come up there to shower my dad herself!!! What type of business is this!!! Then his remote control came up missing while he was in therapy and it took them 3 days to replace it after complaining again! Then the nurse had to leave to go get batteries for it! My dad asked for a cup of water and they recycle the Styrofoam cups, with No lids, and now he's been waiting 2 hours for ice water! I have been waiting for 3 days on a response for his transfer to another facility and for someone to respond from the We Care hotline to make a formal complaint! I'm ready to call the health Department because this is ridiculous!!!! I'm ready to bring my dad home at this point, he can do therapy at home this place needs to be shutdown immediately!!!
