The overall experience at The Club has been wonderful. Lydia Larsen at the front desk sets the tone and goes above and beyond to be helpful and supportive to everyone. Her genuine kindness and warmth is so appreciated. Deniz Brousseau has also been outstanding and they are so attentive to everyone making the experience a true pleasure. They are professional and compassionate which is not easy to find in today’s world. Our family is grateful to The Club for having a staff that makes a difference.

The Club has great staff. I really appreciated the rapid response and wonderful care that Lydia Larsen gave when my Dad had recent fall and had to push the red Arial alert. She was terrific and got some additional help to get him back into bed. Thank you Lydia!

It is very good well maintained large facility. All the staff are very courteous and very helpful. Transport staff are very helpful and accommodative. On entering the facility one gets an enthusiastic and welcoming greetings every day from all the concierge staff, particularly Lydia, Jesse, Tricia and others.
