We moved them to Collinfield House after a disappointing and life threatening experience at a national nursing and senior living facility. The difference in their care was instantly recognizable. When relocating my Mom from FL, finding the perfect place felt like a feat.However, in finding CollinHouse, it all felt as things would fall into place! It’s a cozy welcoming home that has been perfect for caring for my Mom. It’s close to my home which is very convenient and I have grown to love most of the caretakers who work hard to help my Mom get better! In the beginning, there is a period where the family and the caretakers need to learn your family member’s care and needs. I had to advocate for my Mom until we all felt comfortable with what I expected for her. I visit all the time and the staff is warm and friendly in having me around the home. They cook meals in the kitchen which is important for me for her nutrition. And they follow the schedule I provided for her routine. I am very happy, blessed and grateful to have my Mom close by. Thank you!
