Over the last few weeks I have been looking into places for my mother in law as we will be moving her to the Boston area in the next few months! After speaking with a few other places I was blown away by my experience with Robert! He was professional, courteous, and was able to anticipate my biggest concerns around how she would be treated and our expectations. Most people tried to “close” us on the spot with a signature and commitment instead of giving us the space to make informed, un-emotional decisions. Robert was kind, and compassionate, and understood that we’re still navigating this new phase of life and needed time and space to make a decision. He followed up with us providing additional resources of some local activities and restaurants that we could take her to when she gets here to make her feel more comfortable. We’ve made our decision. Placing a loved into an assisted living facility can be a very stressful decision. After meeting with Robert he put all my fears to rest. He worked with me throughout the entire process. He was kind and compassionate at all times. The Cottages is a very clean, well landscaped facility. All the care givers are friendly, thoughtful and always looking out for the best interests of the residents. I highly recommend The Cottages to any family needing to place a loved one into assisted living.
