After a terrible experience at The Brookdale in Green Hills, I met with the staff at The Crestmoor for a tour and to meet the staff who would be caring for my father in Assisted Living. First of all, the facilities are truly beautiful and most importantly, pristine clean. Nina Babanzadeh, the director over Assisted Living patient care is the most amazing women. Her passion for her work is beyond compare. She adores the residents and has made sure my father's very first week of his transition went perfectly smooth. She keeps me updated regularly about his acclimation process, health and well being. He loves it so much he is recruiting his friends to come take a tour! I don't think I would have survived his move and smooth caring transition without Nina and her staff!
