I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! This is the most unorganized place I have ever seen. I put a deposit down of $2,800 on a room in Memory Care on June 10, 2025. Since they couldn't accommodate me with a room for my husband I found a different facility. On July 16, I notified them that I was moving forward and would like to have my deposit refunded. I was told the refund would take 2-3 weeks. Well, it is September 18 and still no refund to be seen. I have had multiple conversations with them and no one is straight with me. I have been give several excuses and lies (including someone else picked up the check). I was told the ED would call me back twice and no call received. I tried calling Arrow Senior Living (which is their home office). The Accounting Department's voicemail box is full. I tried the operator and I got voicemail and no return call. It's been 10 weeks and I am still waiting for my refund with little hope in sight. Update: I received a call from Arrow Senior Living and now have my refund check.

Visited my friend’s mother today. Wonderful atmosphere, interactions between staff and residents respectful and interactive. Clean and bright. As a dementia care specialist, I can say based on my first visit that this community is what care and environment should look like.

Despite multiple meetings and promises of improvement, the care at Crestone Assisted Living remains inconsistent and deeply concerning. I’ve had to personally handle tasks such as laundry, hygiene reminders, and meal monitoring—services we pay for but that are frequently neglected. Staff turnover is high, communication is poor, and leadership is unresponsive. It took withholding rent to get an air conditioner fixed after 8 months. My father went a full week without a clothing change, and spends most days in bed due to a lack of suitable activities. This facility is not delivering the level of care its residents deserve.
