To the Wonderful and Complete Staff at the Forum, On behalf of our entire family, we want to express our deepest gratitude for the care, compassion, and kindness you have shown our Nana (Arabelle) since she became part of your community. You provide such excellent care and have created an environment where she feels safe and truly at home. Thank you for always greeting her with a smile, for the countless acts of kindness throughout the day, and for taking the extra time to listen and encourage her. Every gesture means more than words can say. Moving into assisted living has been a big adjustment for our family, and your patience and support have made all the difference—especially your patience with me! This is all so new, and I often find myself unsure of what helps, what doesn’t, or even who to call with a question. Your guidance and kindness along the way have truly meant so much. Please know that you make a real difference, not only in Nana’s life but in ours as well. We are so grateful to have such a caring team walking alongside her in this chapter of life. With heartfelt appreciation, From the newbies (and still learning), Heather Hecht (Granddaughter) and Arabelle’s loved ones

If your loved one is in need of a beautiful and supportive independent living community, look no further. After my dad's unexpected illness and passing, our mother is now rediscovering herself as an independent living resident at The Forum. There is a strong sense of community among residents and staff, and Mom is enjoying new friendships as she participates in wonderful activities and experiences, on and off-site. Mom especially enjoys community meals and exercise classes, the outings to the local metro parks and restaurants, as well as the many myriad of activities and amenities on site, including live-streaming of Sunday Mass. This community excels at providing a beautiful, caring, attentive environment that supports the social, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being of its residents. Her family is truly grateful that Mom feels valued, safe, and socially engaged in her new home. As she recently stated, "All is well." We are so thankful for this caring and vibrant community.

My Dad became a resident in Independent Living at The Forum about 10 months ago. He was very happy with his apartment. He enjoyed meeting other residents and catching up with friends who were already living at The Forum. He enjoyed activities such as bingo, choir and OSU pep rallies. He attended Mass streamed from St. Timothy Church. The staff was wonderful to him as well as welcoming to us, his family. It is a true community. Sadly, my Dad passed away a few weeks ago. While we miss him, we are grateful that he had a happy home at The Forum.
