Please don't ever trust these people with your family members. They are lazy and careless. My mother was neglected and sometimes only got showers because I was there to take her and help her shower. They also wouldn't let her go to therapy (that she was there for) or meals because they didn't have oxygen for her.

This place is one of the worst..the staff are o. Their cell phones always..and the doctors had my father hallucinating and not being able to sit up, due to them upping my dads meds..I think they are negligent and uncaring.also. I am glad they shut down.. But their reasons are bull. They charged 4,000 a month per person.. Bull they didn't have funds. I think it's more lining the pockets of the owners. The quality and care disappeared during covid. Mostly because no one of the families could watch them. Watermark sucks..

This team is genuine and made a very difficult situation much easier for me and my family. A very special shout out to Angela! I cannot begin to thank you for helping get my mom comfortable!
