This community has recently tanked. Is pretty new so I’m surprised at how quickly it has happened. Upon completing some research, I found out that the Administrator and the nurse have been at 3 facilities in 8 months. They have tanked every building they go to and now this is no different. We can’t get calls back, we can’t get warm meals, there’s no communication with grievances and the residents are not properly cared for, as nobody cares. Can’t get ahold of the nurse. The administrator can’t answer questions and doesn’t call you back. They bad mouth each other behind one another’s backs and they don’t mind telling families how overwhelmed they are. Hoping this company gets it right and makes a change for the better because it has gotten BAD.

I was curious about The Gallery and visited to check it out. I knew my uncle would need to move close by at some point when living alone became too much. When that time came, the move was swift and the staff were communicative, present, accommodating, and kind. The community was active and vibrant yet held space for those who were not. He made several acquaintances quickly and thought it was much nicer than his old place. When his condition deteriorated rapidly the staff responded compassionately and professionally, allowing his family quality time with him as his caretaking needs were covered by the CNA’s (earth angels) and eventually hospice. I highly recommend this community as a place where are elders are respected and met no matter the stage of their aging.
