The care these nurses offer are amazing Evelyn, Tammy, Melissa, Arther, and Eddie. If you choose this facility you want these nurses caring for you or your loved one. These CNA’s Mary, both of the Ruth's, BeBe, and JoJo are great, Joselyn and Erin are great in restorative. We’ve seen amazing performances with our loved one getting the therapy under their care.

We came here to get my grabdmother transferred back to Medical City Alliance. After surgery and having tubes put in, no one new that she was even coming. They told her that her wound care wouldn't be available until Monday when she needs this consistently. Everyone looked as if they were not interested in being there. When walking out to the Ambulance, this poor resident came wheeling out, BUTT OUT, asking for help while, im assuming a CNA or tech there sat on the computer, airpod in her ear while the women pleaded for help. My grandmother was here only a couple of hours but I can only imagine if she had actually stayed for recovery. If you have an option and love your family, please do not send them here. UPDATE: Unfortunately, my grandmother had to be transferred back here and the service did not improve. To make matters worse, as we were leaving the facility, two of the nurses/cnas/ aides whoever, WERE SLEEPING. Clocked in, SLEEPING! I will take pictures next time, I was just so angry. I dont know who I need to call but between both Medical City and Harrison, we are seeing legal actions.
