This place is not no Four stars at all you have to wait on the nurse provider all day i was visiting my sister you have to constantly ask for help at this facilityThe food is nasty I brought her something to eat Did not assist my sister until I got there. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to no one

My family member is a patient here . It seems to be top notch h place . It was clean . The staff was nice , and it seemed that all of the other patients were happy .

I wish I could almost put 0 Stars. My family members lips were so dry they had crust scabs on them asked for Vaseline she said there was chapstick in the drawer there was none. They’re playing ghetto hip hop music and they said the nurses have control of the music on the weekends. Those folks don’t want to hear that they want some jazz or blues something slow. First they gave her the wrong food she was lactose intolerant how do y’all not know this ? Was there for 4 hours no one came and moved her or turned her over. This is bad. Beside her bed there stuff spilled and it’s dirty u can tell they haven’t swept or mopped in a while. The table at bedside was also dirty. This place needs more/better staff.
