The Heights on Huebner

I brought my dad from a Houston hospital straight to the rehab facility. The caseworker Margie had everything done. We walked in after hours got checked in no problem. The police was clean. Everybody is very friendly went back and saw Dad the next Morning and spoke with the nurses and the caregivers very professional people highly recommend this place

My mother stayed here for her rehabilitation and as her point of contact and care I never received a single phone call with updates about her progress. I called and left messages several times asking for updates and a return call and never received a call back. They had entered my telephone number incorrectly! They never updated it despite my calling and leaving it in phone messages and with staff. I was told one day before her release that she was getting discharged, despite not being able to walk or stand because my mother's neighbor called me and told me the discharge coordinator came in while she was visiting. This facility does not care about the outcome of your loved one. The only decent people on staff that I spoke with was my mother's nurse and one of the physical therapists - and I only was able to reach them because I called the facility multiple times. Everyone else seemed only to care about whether or not they were profiting from my mother's stay.
