LOVE!! Great place moved from small town here and absolutely fell in love with the residents and the staff. The pushed to be better and Holly showed me how to get my med aide:)))

Collaboration with other skilled providers is awful. DON at superior location absolutely puts personality before principals. You better hope you get on her good side or care will suffer. She has an aggressive personality and is very rude. I've seen patient care suffer first hand and reported it several times with no response from upper management. I'd never put my worst enemies loved on here.
