I was scammed - still no refund despite their message saying I would receive one. They do not communicate well, they pressured me into signing up without providing necessary details about what is required to move in AND they were willing to move me in to the 2nd floor despite me not able to navigate steps to the first floor/fire escape. I was offered a key but was not allowed to move in. In my opinion, their pitch is too good to be true and I am out over $2K because I believed it.
