I would like to send a special recognition to Mr. Bill Crawford, Executive Director, who took the time to meet with me regarding a very sensitive issue regarding my mother's well- being. Thank you, Mr.Crawford, for helping to diffuse a potentially harmful situation with your professionalism and understanding, where your staff is concerned. I feel much better today about a particular matter than I did 2 days ago. You are a testament to true professionalism and care. Thank you!!!!

My husband and I visited twice and both times the staff seemed disengaged and had their heads in their phones. The building and the grounds are well kept. But when we arrived it took the concierge about 20 minutes to figure out who were supposed to meet. We couldn't make a connection and the staff seem like they were just not interested.
