It took them a month to decide not to accept my sister with no reason offered. After having met all of the requirements and being assured that quadriplegia was not a problem, I still had to call to be told no. No courtesy on the part of Gloria Todryck, no matter how hard you try.

Well staffed, staff looks like they have a job to do and ready and willing to do it. So very different than the norm. Residents are not in stuffy dark ( this can mean so many things)rooms. Residents are not left to their own devices. They, the residents are clean and alert. Surroundings are bright and sunny and welcoming.The staff and nurses seem to me like they are ready to handle anything immediately. So Impressive.

We were accepted there for respite care for my mother w dementia. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. She got locked out and she supposedly fell in the bathroom- her entire face is black and blue both eyes swollen shut. No one even called to notify me. I wouldn’t send my enemies there much less someone I care about. Ignorant heartless incompetent staff… from the office to the caregivers. Can I give a negative 10??
