The Legacy at St. Joseph's

Great facility! Hardworking staff and a diligent administration. The cleaning crew is top notch. You could eat off the floors in this facility! Activity Department provides fun and engaging activities seven days a week. Nursing staff is 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. They address all concerns immediately and provide excellent follow up.

First off the place is going down hill highly understaffed super catty environment don't ever work here everyone talks about everyone. So understaffed that some residents don't even get the full care they need. They barely have enough people to keep the place properly running. They over work you until your burnt out if you ever plan on working in healthcare don’t ever work here. Theres barely any benefits hard to get time off and they are extremely rude. A lot about this place doesn't make sense people who should be in real nursing homes with 24/7 care aren't and your working way more and doing way more then your getting paid for. They should honestly get reported. If only the families knew what really goes on behind closed doors they would be appalled. Steer clear of the legacy! There are a few good apples in the bunch though hope they make it out
