WOW!! Morgan saved my life today…multiple times!! Not only did she hook up the cable/tv for my 88 y/o friend who can’t live without tv 😂 but she reprogrammed her necklace, got new keys and helped me with her bed remote. She made what has been a stressful move (for me) much better! Can’t thank her enough!! And she kept asking “is there anything else I can help you with?” She’s wonderful!!

Where do begin. Finding a place for Mom to live, with her declining health and dementia, was overwhelming. Nothing seemed the right fit and many places seemed substandard. My brother went to The Lodge on a whim with no appointment and it was the day everything changed for the better. Nicole showed him around and he immediately felt this was it. The rest of the family went a few days later and knew he was right. Nicole was caring and understanding about how we felt. She explained in detail about the care mom would get and it was even better than we expected. My mother immediately made a connection with all the memory care staff, Remmy especially. She treated mom with such love, like she was her own mother. Kristy, the activities coordinator, was so sweet with her. If mom was having a sad day Kristy was there to distract her by pampering her, getting her to engage in an activity or just talking to her. Kristy even made sure that in mom’s last days that her nails were painted just how she liked them. I will never forget that loving gesture. As a family together we were able to enjoy the assisted living side of The Lodge. We could grab a coffee, have a delicious meal in the dining room, and enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas. It was mom’s favorite thing to do. Honestly, there was not one person that we encountered that we did not like. They have a top notch staff that you can tell enjoy where they work. I could go on and on. I only wish we had found The Lodge At Mallards Landing sooner.
