Can't say enough good things about The Monarch. The staff is caring, compassionate and very sensitive to effectively communicating during all stages of care. The facilities are spotless and bright, and the individual rooms help make the residents and visitors comfortable. The Monarch was where my mother chose to go when she needed care over a decade ago, and when my sister unexpectedly needed care this year, there was no other choice for her. Knowing your loved ones are being cared for at the highest level during a very difficult time is a great comfort and something The Monarch excels at. We are very grateful to all the nurses and staff.
