The facility I work for recently referred a client with complex needs and circumstances to the PARC. Carolyn Tait and the staff there went above and beyond to accept this person, finding a way to make it work when many other facilities we referred to did not. They were truly angels in a time of great need for our client, and we are extremely grateful for their patient-centered persistence and willingness to do whatever it took to help. They’re wonderful people who truly care!

This facility has been a major letdown. A majority of the staff appear indifferent and disengaged, showing little concern for the well-being of the residents. The food is consistently poor, housekeeping is below acceptable standards, and the administration lacks professionalism and empathy. When serious concerns and signs of neglect were brought to the attention of administrative personnel, the response was dismissive. Instead of addressing the issues, the focus was on managing their image on social media. That kind of misplaced priority is unacceptable in a care environment. This place needs serious oversight—or to be shut down entirely. Families entrust their loved ones to this facility expecting care, dignity, and respect. What they’re getting is so far from it!!!!

This establishment is an absolute circus. It feels necessary to evaluate every single employee to determine whether they genuinely care about helping people or if they're simply clocking in for a paycheck. The reality that you're all aware of the negative reviews and still choose not to take action speaks volumes about your integrity. While there's plenty of polite conversation, there's a stark lack of real solutions to the problems at hand. It’s simply unacceptable for my father to be suffering from bed sores—there's no justification for it, period! I am begging anyone who is considering sending their family members here to reconsider do the research and find the best-rated place.
