I'm writing to congratulate you on the excellent care provided by your staff on late night duty this past week. My mom had an accident with her lift recliner and deeply cut her leg. Jeremy immediately responded to my Mom's call button and got me on the phone via Facetime so I could accurately assess the seriousness of the situation. It warranted a trip to the emergency room for stitches. Jeremy was calm, caring and compassionate toward my mom and then me when I arrived. His demeanor helped us both in this very stressful situation. He assisted in showing EMS to Mom's room and then making sure everything was tidied up for when my Mom was discharged from the hospital at 3:30 the next morning. There was a young lady also on duty that helped answer the phone and to make sure we could gain entry to get Mom back to the comfort of her apartment, but I'm sorry that I didn't get her name as she was helpful as well. Please accept sincerest thanks from my Mom and me. You have done such an amazing job making sure that there is a great staff in place to care for the residents of Pavilion so kudo's to you as well! PS. Thanks to Crystal for setting up follow up wound care for Mom's healing - much appreciated. With gratitude, MD

Jean, Executive Director is a prime example of a Positive Professionalism and Good Leadership. Crystal RN Nursing Charge, is quick to assist her nursing staff with a positive and patient attitude. Mike from maintenance department works together with the nursing staff to assist the residence where they need assistance. Tyia, Charge of the Memory care unit is quick to jump and assist her nursing staff and always has A welcoming approach to her that residence feel comfortable around. Ms. Norris, the morning receptionist has a welcoming smile on her face and is quick to assist anyone that walks through The pavilion doors.
