Jonathan, who guided my tour, is one of the most caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate professionals I’ve met in this field. He took the time to explain everything in detail, and his dedication has been just as strong with every client I’ve brought here. What impressed me most is that Jonathan’s commitment reflects the entire team. The facility is fully staffed with medical professionals who provide exceptional care with both compassion and efficiency.Residents also enjoy a vibrant lifestyle with field trips, activities, and religious services, all while knowing help is only a button-press away thanks to the medical alert system. As a placement consultant, who wouldn’t place a client anywhere I wouldn’t send my own loved ones, I wholeheartedly wish every facility operated like The Peninsula. Without a doubt, this is an exceptional choice for anyone seeking quality care that is truly ROOTED IN LOVE.

The Peninsula is not prefect—but you will never find perfect care for your loved ones. After visiting several facilities, comparing notes with others that have loved ones in ALFs, and observing the Peninsula staff, you can tell that they are devoted to help the residents feel comfortable, safe, fed, clean, and cared for. We can see how difficult it is to do their jobs, and you can tell that they care as they do it. In the MCU, this is modeled consistently by Robin, Gloria, Miriam, Janet, and others. The front desk and Nurses station staff are always kind, courteous, and attentive. We feel fortunate that our family is well taken care of!
