I've been the Wellness Director here for 2 years. The care and and assistance the residents receive here is fantastic. We are right across from the VA, so it's perfect for our veterans. The relationships that I have made since being here with the residents and their families is amazing. Visited a friend yesterday and APPALLED at the state of filth they are living in. Dirty depends for hours, feces on floor and dirty room. Nails overgrown and dirty... tried to speak with staff and no help. This is an elderly person with very limited physical ability to help themselves. I would never let a loved one live here.
