I have about had it with this place. I am here for short term PT. The staff treat people like they are idiots. The food is unbelievably bad. The food doesn't come on schedule and is often cold. I suspect these are people who want to make things look good on paper only. "We served the food as required", but they leave out that it is inedible. "We answered that call button", but they leave out that it took them 2 hours to do it (happened tonight). I haven't had much sleep, because a patient near me keeps yelling for help at night. When it doesn't come, she calls for her mother. It's pretty hard to mess up a grilled cheese sandwich, but they managed to do it. Some of the staff here seem to think my situation is funny. Let's see how funny they find this review. They seem to take no pride in the place. I complained about a dead roach under my bed. It was there for 3 days. I was told "you are bigger than the roach." If you don't believe what I am saying, come here and try it out for yourself.
