From the moment I met her, Kathy was warm, professional, and incredibly compassionate. Wonderful place! Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is so kind and caring to my mom. They really do get the residents engaged in fun activities. The food smells great and gives it a feeling of being at home. Worked with Kathy to get mom a place there and she is phenomenal. She made me feel so comfortable and personally addressed all questions I had quickly and made the whole move in process so easy. She made a stressful time in our lives so much easier and took us through it one step at a time and made my mom feel better about moving into assisted living. I would highly recommend the Residence for your loved one. I really believe they flourish there!

We recently moved Mom into The Residence at Oshkosh and she absolutely loves it! Our main contact was Kathy Steffen and she is a wonderful and very caring person. Kathy was outstanding and showed great patience with mom in guiding her through the entire process. Kathy, and all the other employees, truly care about the residents.
