My father was a resident at The Residence for three years, from September 2022 to August 2025. The staff was very kind, friendly, and attentive to him. Unquestionably, they cared about my father's well being. The administrators were always available to take my phone calls and answer any questions I had. Most importantly, my father was happy living at The Residence, which is a reflection upon the entire staff at The Residence. Thanks to all!

Before I moved here, my expectations were good but since I've moved in and spent 7 or 8 months here, my expectations have been far exceeded. Everything is terrific. The staff are more than pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. The facility is orderly, peaceful, and a lot of activities for people my age are offered. My favorites are trivia, bingo, and happy hour. The only thing I'd change is adding burritos and bourbon to the dinner menu. I highly recommend the Residence At Presque Isle Bay.

I am very impressed with the staff and the caring way they approach such a huge transition in the lives of the new resident and their entire family. I see them calling everyone by name and including everyone in activities geared for all. I appreciate knowing that my mom is safe and cared for by all members of the team. It's a beautiful environment and a place I also always feel welcome.
