My father moved to the Memory Care residence at Silver Square in March after having a pretty negative experience at his prior ALF. I have waited a couple of months to write a review as I wanted to see how my dad would settle in. I can now honestly say that I am so happy he is there!! The young women who provide the hands on care giving are so amazing! I love them. They are so kind to my dad and understand all his quirks that come from his dementia. They give him hugs and really make him feel special. His anxiety is noticeably much lower which has enabled him to start participating in activities again. And he is smiling more now! I received a note today that he went on a field trip and I actually cried when I read it. The nurses and senior staff are all very responsive to any questions I have. Basically everyone who interacts with my dad is helping him live his best life now. I highly recommend Silver Square!

My wife just passed away while living at Silver Square . The care and love she received there was out of this world. Never could I have imagined the degree to which the staff went out of their way to meet her every need. I will continue to live there because of the friendliness and sincerity they exude. You will not find a better facility.

After several years of taking care of my mother at home, it became very difficult to provide a safe living environment for her. In January 2025 we reluctantly moved her to The Residence at Silver Square in the memory unit Reflections. I was so touched on how patient and compassionate the staff was to my mother. They treated her as if she was family. It is evident that the staff loves what they do and they are very good at what they do. The director Michael Merrigan has a team of very dedicated team members, with a passion for elder care. Unfortunately my mother passed away recently. I am so thankful that we made the decision to bring her to this facility. I am confident that she could not have received any better care than she did in the Reflections unit. She was well taken care of, but most of all I know she was treated with love and compassion.
