Very intimate. The residents and staff are so friendly. The staff take such pride in their work. I enjoy visiting my friend and eating with her. I wish she understood more. Dementia is a horrible disease. Thank goodness the staff care so much for everyone..

The Residence at Stafford is so warm and welcoming. The associates are so very friendly and caring. The leadership team really does a marvelous job making sure that everyone is treated as family. They truly go above and beyond in creating a positive experience for all. You can choose to live anywhere that there are 4 walls, but not every place has a homey feel and is truly a community. Everyone cares and looks out for each other.

Overall a nice place and there are some staff members who are an absolute delight, however they have administrators and care givers who are completely unprofessional in their treatment of patients and their families which ruin the place because you can only trust certain people and you can’t be there 24/7 to keep an eye on the ones you can’t. Keep records of everything that happens and listen to your loved ones when they tell you they’re having an issue with a caregiver and make sure you keep copious notes of your interactions with administrators. Also, make sure you visit often. I’ve seen some staff manhandle patients.
