Some of the staff is really rude to the patients. Talking to them any kind of way. I actually had to take up for a woman named Reba when staff got in her face and was being very immature

The absolute worst. Call lights don’t work. Aides never come when you make request. They lock the doors in the evenings and there’s no one there to let you out. If you can find an aide, they’re snooty and rude and won’t do anything. When I was leaving, I found one of the aids outside in her car sleeping. Even though I was there for many hours no one helped do anything. Do not put a family member in here!!!!

This was our first time to visit The Rivers. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, brightness, and appearance of all the areas we we in. Our friend’s room was of adequate size and she is very comfortable.
