Awful, Awful, Awful and incompetent state helping you in anyway saying there are 0 problems when my mother's room had bed bugs and yet not one person reported to family! Putting her in a room with no bed wow! Use to trust this place with my mother! Unfortunately my mother passed away but that's a whole another story! 0 stars if I could!

This place is a horrible place if you care about your loved ones. They neglect the patients constantly, they do not give proper medical treatment and they will hold your loved ones under threat of sending state just to collect more money. They basically held our loved one threatening state until we finally had enough. Nothing came out of it and they just wanted to milk more money. This place should be close immediately and hopefully the state follows our complaint

I was at the Sanctuary for over two months (August - mid October) for rehab of a broken leg. The therapy staff was awesome and some of the nurses and STNA's were amazing. The wound nurse and acting DON were incompetent. I had an infection and they said that it was healing just fine. It was seeping more than it should have and the fluid was brown. They said this for over a month. I ended up in the hospital and had to have surgery to get the infection out of my bone, joint and tissue. I now have to deal with IV and oral antibiotics for the next year. I also have to have a PICC line and have blood drawn every week for the next year. If the infection doesn't go away I could loose my leg. It is extremely painful and could have been avoided if the Sanctuary would have done cultures on my leg or called my surgeon to let her know about my leg.
