They may have nice grounds and good amenities but their care and their CNA‘s are the worst I’ve ever seen. Deserve non-caring I would not take my dog here!’

My mother first moved into the Seasons (independent living section) in Cincinnati, OH and it was a great fit for a while. As time went on, it became clear that she needed more support with her daily activities, both physically and mentally. Transitioning her to the Assisted Living side was one of the best decisions we’ve made for her care. From day one, Angie and her team of nurses and aides have been nothing short of exceptional. The facility itself is warm, clean, and welcoming, but what really stands out is the level of care and attention our mother receives. The staff communicates with us promptly and professionally, and—most importantly—they treat our mom with the respect and dignity she deserves…and she’s happy! Thank you, Angie and the entire Seasons Assisted Living team, for giving our family peace of mind and our mother a safe, caring home.

July 2025 was admitted after a fractured hip replacement! I am a working business women I was given a semi private room with broken air conditioning and a roommate that was coughing constantly! They tried to fix the air but I was told it had been unreliable for months. This was in the heat of the summer 99 degree weather! Ask to be transferred and was told they had nothing else available! No one should have been admitted to that room in that condition! On top of that there was only a push button too ask for help and you were not able to communicate till someone came to your room. Which took as long as 45 minutes while your needs were not met! It was so bad I I check out the next day and went home so I could get the proper help I needed. They call that discharging against there doctors advice. I asked for my discharge papers and medical instruments and they refused to give them to me the next morning. I left and reported to the state medical board. By Ohio state law they should have provide the patient with discharge papers and instructions. It was the worst rehab place I have ever experienced!
