Can someone share their experience as a family or friend who resides in the assistant section of Sky bridge? It is beautiful, lots of activities and food. We have been so disappointed with our father who moved in 2 days ago. We are still doing everything for him. Promises of staff checking in, setting up cable ( no TV yet), no one helping with meds, getting bathed ,etc. No response for help... any advice is greatly appreciated
