My stepfather is receiving excellent care at Solana. The staff members are very kind and caring from Portia in housekeeping, the CNAs such as Tee, Wanda the receptionist and all the administrators.

My mother was placed in the memory care unit in June and passed away in July. While the staff was pleasant, the care was insufficient. Towards the end of her life, she was not toileted, her clothes were not changed and her room was not cleaned. It was very sad to witness her soiled in dirty clothing in a room that was dirty and smelled. The staff would congregate in the dining area on their cell phones. Having worked in long term care, I feel that the supervision was inadequate. Would not recommend!

Beautiful community with great outdoor space. Very clean. Good size rooms. Staff is very kind. They work really hard to meet each resident where they are. Lots of great engagement activities. I am very happy my mom is here.
