This is the second 55+ senior apartment complex I’ve lived in and The Spring at Silverton is a 1000% improvement! It’s newly renovated, I have a washer dryer in my unit, a big closet, ceiling fan, new carpet and paint, the walls are thicker so I never hear neighbors slamming doors, talking, or believe it or not sneezing loudly. In fact it’s extremely quiet, a very welcome change. The grounds are beautifully kept, the office, fireplace, club house, and meeting rooms are newly renovated. The fully equipped gym is excellent. Security is very good The parking area is well organized and residents and guests can park where they wish. The previous community I lived in had so many rules and restrictions that you needed a parking lot owners manual to figure it out! And if you broke one little rule there was a tow truck standing by! I feel like I’m getting incredible value for the dollar here which is very comforting. Lastly the entire staff is the friendliest anywhere they made me feel like I had come home! Recently a problem arose that was quickly and permanently dealt with by the manager. Decisive quick action to a major problem is the mark of great management! They are quick to address any problems and they want their residents to be happy. I am thoroughly satisfied with my time here at The Spring at Silverton!

Everything here is wonderful EXCEPT FOR THE ELEVATOR BREAKING ALMOST EVERY WEEK IN BUILDING 2!!!!!! I’m 73 years old and have to take the stairs up and down 4 times a day to walk my dog. They take several days to fix it when it needs repair. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!

Was friendly people but now since Amy left the office people is unfriendly. Looking for somewhere else to place my sister. I am not comfortable with her being there with that woman in first office.. I don't know if she Mexican or white she doesn't need to be there
