The maintenance men Stephen and Ramiro was absolutely the BEST! The Vantage is so lucky to have these two that are funny and sooo willing to help! I know if Stephen and Ramiro come to help… the job will be done right!

***Update*** I received a call from the Executive Director about an hour after making my Google Review. He is currently out of town at a conference, but took time to reach out to me and took complete responsibility on this debacle. He will address any miscommunications on his staff. He also made some additional concessions as well. I let him know his nurses and med techs were outstanding, but the rest was a failure. Nonetheless, I still stand by my original review. If zero stars were available, this is what I would award this place. Here’s my issues: - Set expectations for assisted living, 30 day respite only. My mom was given independent living. Mom fell twice in 2 days which resulted in 2 Emergency Room visits. Management did not reach out to see if she was ok, I had to reach out to them. - It was an extremely slow process to get my mom to assisted living. My mom was a danger to herself, and in my opinion, The Vantage didn’t care. I had to hire out with a contractor which was an additional expense to ensure my mom was safe. - After voicing my concerns on multiple occasions, I had to ask for a concession. I was initially given a 5% concession via the Assistant Executive Director. - Billing was a disaster, I must’ve received at least 5 different quotes for the increased price of assisted living. At this point I was extremely frustrated with this place. The Business Manager reached out to the Executive Director who gave me another 5% off. - On September 9th, I spoke with the move-in coordinator to ask what we need to do to move my mom out at the end of the month. I was told that the standard process is a 30 day notice to vacate. I let them know this was supposed to be a 30 day respite only. The move in coordinator said that would take me to October 9th. I was referred to the Business Manager who will contact the Assistant Executive Director or Executive Director to see what they can do. In the meantime, I sent my mom’s intent to vacate to the Business Manager on September 9th. To say the least this has been an extremely stressful process. The Management, sales and support teams failed us. The nurses and techs have been outstanding. Run, don’t walk away from this facility. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

My husband has been a resident at The Vantage for five years, and our family is so grateful for the care he has received during this time. The Memory Care staff go above and beyond to ensure that residents are treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. Gwen, the Engagement Coordinator, brings creativity and innovation to every activity and outing. She exudes grace, energy, and empathy in the way she connects with residents and families, truly enhancing their quality of life. She always has a wonderful story to share that warms our hearts. We are also deeply appreciative of Quinetta, whose kindness and compassion shine through in the way she meets the individual needs of each resident. Her warm hugs and engaging smile help to brighten what can sometimes be a difficult visit. The Vantage has provided not only excellent care for my husband but also peace of mind for our family, and we are very thankful.
