I lived there a couple of years ago and liked it in the beginning but the longer I stayed there it was bad it's prively owned so they can charge what they want to no REAL activity for residents and the food was fair but forget weekend pizza no special food for diabetics no snacks during the day there was nothing to do at a point they had a wonderer so they chained most of the doors to me that was a fire hazard the owners were ok I guess but after I moved in I found out years ago it was a different name and stuff happened when Katrina hit I would not let my mom or anyone else stay here mail you had to ask for if you had family or money they catered to you but I had neither so they kind of passed me by and when I fell in the bathroom they didn't even help me up I hope it changed since I left

A longtime friend of mine has her mother in this facility. The staff is excellent, the management is incredible as well, as they tell me constantly about how the Director is always out and talking to the staff, and talking to the residents, and the management is quick to try and find a solution for any issues brought to their attention. Having been in the facility a few times, I've personally noticed that it always seems very laid back and relaxed. Overall the facility seems great and my friend is absolutely pleased to have her mom there.
