In the last month, you have changed who provides TV and Internet without letting residence know and my personal experience you went up on my cost for my cousin to be there almost $600 and did not tell me anything about it until I got a bill and I had ask question to find out why this happened. I not happy with the answer. I’m sure that Waterford knew at least two months prior to the increase. This was gonna happen.

I am concerned about some procedures and methods and would like to sit down and discuss my concerns. I do not want to post my concerns here. I would appreciate an appointment if possible. I have included pictures of a wheelchair in resident’s room. The gown, the wheelchair and facecloth does not belong here. Does that mean someone came in this room, took a shower and left gown and wheelchair in the room!?!? Another client came in room to use bathroom, but missed the toilet and used the floor!! This is very disturbing!!
