My grandma lives at Watermark and is in memory care. I go in to visit her a couple times a week so I am there regularly. I want to highlight Kenzie and Ashley. Each time I see them they are very attentive, very caring and without fail have amazing attitudes. I can’t say enough good things about them. Their patience and compassion shows how much they truly care not only for my grandma but the other residents as well. Having them there brings peace of mind knowing she is well taken care of. I would also like to note Kitty, who is at the front desk, is always more than helpful with any and everything. She has such a kind heart and is always eager to help each resident and visitor.

I moved my mom to the Watermark last October and I couldn’t be happier it. The residents are warm and friendly. The staff goes above and beyond to help. Especially one employee, Nancy! She has answered my calls even on her days off. I highly recommend The Watermark!
