Horrible place. They treat memory care residents the worse. They over charge and don’t even want to give the residents a full cup of juice. The resident s don’t eat with proper silverware and the staff treat the residents so horrible. The staff steals products from residents to use for residents who don’t have products. I hate that have to visit my uncle here. And it always smell horrible. The resident walk around like zombies doped up. If you truly care about your family don’t send them here

This place was awful. My dad received little to no care while at the Whitley for a total of four days. He had an emergency and pushed his button, I sat on the phone with him for 45min before anyone showed up. He was on a mechanical diet and when I went to his room he was eating a roast beef sandwich and fries, His dialysis clinic sent him to the ER on his fourth day at the Whitley and he was placed on hospice. After all the fees, I ended up paying $9,400 for four days at the Whitley. I notified the home on 12/3 he was going into hospice and was charged the full month. Despite the home only being 60 percent full. There is so much more...DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. This is my first time ever writing a review, I have so much quilt for the four days my father spent at this home.
