horrible !!! staff don’t do nothing 3rd shift leaves residents smelling like pee all night long and makes for 1st shift to deal with it . the manager picks on hard working employees ! comes in smelling like cigarettes unprofessional rude she need to be removed inconsiderate of other people she need to be fired hiring new people who sleep on their shifts . it’s dirty and they don’t care about their employees ! having people do a manager work while she she is lazy and thinks it’s okay THE CEO WAS EMAILED AS WELL you’ll be hearing from my lawyer because y’all good sued as well . don’t work here or bring your family members !

I’ve been to many facilities. I have to say this one is by far the best we’ve been to in the surrounding area. We are very pleased with how well the staff interact with the residents. They are always pleasant and welcoming! The caregivers are amazing with our loved ones. It’s clean & very well run. I would recommend this facility over any we’ve been to in the past. I must retract my previous reviews. At that point it was good until it wasn’t. Things have changed tremendously with new management. The care isn’t so personal anymore. The cheerful disposition of the caregivers has changed. If your loved one stays in his/her room to eat the quality of food they receive is low. It was inviting and warm. All the residence were happy and upbeat. Not so much anymore since the change in management. Unlike the last who was always cheerful & smiling. Like all the others assistant living facilities the care is minimal now. And seems they just do enough to say it was done.

My mom has been Traditions of Mill Creek for 4+ years in the memory unit. The facility has been through many changes; however since the current management of 2 years the care of residents and the physical building has improved significantly. The current ED is available for concerns and is responsive to resident's needs. She has empathy and follows up on concerns. A special shout out to Jordan, current nurses and caregivers in memory care. They work very hard and are very caring and attentive to resident and family needs. I would recommend Traditions of.Mill Creek.
