Update: 10/12025 What happened in 2 years? Phones not being answered, people stressed when they do, not communicating, not listening, passing me to the whole automated service over and over again. 🤔Can't wait for my Pulmonolgy and Respiratory Therapy appt. I'm ready to postpone both. 2.5 years ago Was seen in Emergency Area. The wait was long but so worth it. I finally feel like I'm going to get answers to the issues I am having with my hands. Was seen by Dr. Dahl, very cordial, answered my questions, has a slight sense of humor which helped calm the anxiety of just my being there. The whole staff from the Triage, to the Blood Drawing to the shot at the end was all well executed. Thank you all so much.

They did not listen to me during my active labor about my pain because I was not dilating. I think I was there less than 4 hours. Went from a 1 to a 10 in like 30 minutes. A doctor was yelling at me when I was in a lot of pain freaking out in labor. They were not helpful in calming me down and making me feel comfortable they just made it worse for a first time laboring mother. I asked to be moved to my side for birth and the doctor said no that this is the best way to do it and made fun of me for asking. I asked if there was any other way to test the bilirubin instead of just stabbing her foot and bleeding it and they lied and said no, later found out after her bilirubin had to be tested for third time they had a machine to do it. The male pediatrician seemed more interested in my daughter sucking on his finger than finishing her exam. I didn't even realize he didn't finish her exam until we got home I was so exhausted. I do not recommend coming here to give birth, or For your aftercare or the baby's aftercare. I do not trust them, I have trauma after giving birth there. And for the fact that they lied to me multiple times about the bilirubin tests I don't trust them with my child.

Had my first prenatal appointment here today 9/18/25 Everyone was super friendly to my husband and I, and any questions we had were answered. I was nervous and anxious going in (first baby, first prenatal appointment) but their professionalism and friendly manner immediately put me at ease.
