Being an employee with this company has been such a great experience. The community I am blessed to be a part of is tight knit, family and pet friendly, with a very home feel through out the building and home style meals. There is a great set of staff with integrity, knowledge, experience and compassion that are committed to their team and the residents. Maintaining independence, dignity and preserving the resident’s right to choices is made such a priority. I am so proud about the community I help represent. Deej and Jenn are the example of the importance of being diligent while working night shift to keep the building clean and also prevent incidents. Kari is the shower queen of care staff and never has a refusal for care, showing her kind and respectful approach towards others. This team at Astor makes us shine bright!
