As soon as you step into the elevator it begins! floors are dirty with trash getting off the elevator as soon as it opens all you smell is urine, patient room filled with rubbish behind everything trash buckets filled no tvs at all in patients room dirty bed mats just laying over the heaters it's not inviting at all just sad and smelly 😔

Very disappointed in metro hospital for sending my loved one there without telling me and the administrator lied and told me that the entire building was a psych building when only the 4th floor was psych and she shouldn't have been on that floor anyway because she is not a psych patient building is in terrible shape and it smells horrible in there needs to be remodeled immediately and on top of that they neglected her and she almost passed away due to her sugar levels being way too low if you have someone in need of care do not send them there not a good place not even for a pet.
