Im no satisfied of all with this center, because too many times the personal items closets and shoes was lost from cabinets and the nobody in this center knows about them and when I asking at the nurse where are the items ? She was angry with me and answer me rudely that she don’t know and that I have to get at home all my items . That it’s unaceptable of a health Center like this. Also they are not supervising the patients all the time and I had like visitor to help at two old patients that they were yelling for help so I asking a lady worker in this center that was change the beds if she can help to this person that need help and she answer me rudely that that it’s not her work that her it’s only to change beds and I told her that it’s not any person on the desk or nurse to help that persona so she ignore me , that is unacceptable because that there is not humanity from the people that is working in this center and to finish they are not changing the patients closest everyday and they still more three days with the same closets and it’s not air conditioning either so all the center smell very bad .
