I’m utterly disgusted by the care the residence are receiving. Staff completely rude, I can’t go into much detail but PLEASE if your loved ones are at this facility go check on them, pop up unexpectedly.

Workers would laugh at my mom when she fell, constantly didn't listen to her, lost her clothing and didn't replace, food was trash, the list goes on. My mom begged them to send her out to the ER and I even called twice asking to send her but was ignored until the next morning when I was notified they had paramedics taking her to the ER. Unfortunately for us my mom passed away the next day. Please choose to send loved ones to a different facility. I know most facilities have poor ratings but my mom had been to a couple different ones in the last few years and this was the worst one.
