My brother, Jerry, and his wife, Chris, have been residents here for the past ten months. We try to visit them often and have always been impressed with how well they are cared for. Additionally, as their legal power of attorney, I've worked with great people in the business office and with social services personnel.

Not being able to be independent and care if yourself any more is do upsetting. The entire staff at Valley West has been kind, understanding and patient with my Mom. When she is not her normal self they treat her with so much care and respect. The facility is clean and when Mom eats, she loves the food. We were very lucky she was able to be placed here.

My aunt was recently in this facility after surgery and we’re so incredibly kind to her. She was greeted warmly when she arrived, given wonderful care, and kept as comfortable as possible. She said everyone seemed happy to be there and kept the environment clean and inviting. My aunt says if she ever needs inpatient therapy again, this is where she will be going!
