This place is dirty smells bad I live here it’s been 4 years of hell im on the mental heath floor with no counseling I dnt even kno why im on this floor very few of the staff is nice the rest are ignoring what you say and are rude they dnt even speak English some of them that work here dnt even understand English this place smells like a dirty hamster cage that’s what it reminds of thank god for the good staff not many but are great medications are never on time they don’t have a reg nursing staff we never kno who will be working they have some regular nurses the rest are agency nurses all and all it deserves the one star for the staff that’s good to us

Terrible care , no phone for a month Never answer call bell and most don’t speak English, it’s a disgrace and I’m working on getting her out of there , stolen money and other items, rude cnas terrible fake food 8 months still no phone
